HOW TO USE

• Wash your feet thoroughly and wipe off the moisture.

• Wrap the heel with the softening pad and protective pad, and then secure them with the adhesive. Make sure the protective pad is placed towards the heel.

• Let the protective pad and softening pad sit for about an hour.

• Remove them and pat the remaining essence for better absorption.
