Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 - 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
During checkout, choose the pick-up option and choose the store location closest to you. Fill in your billing details to proceed. Store Pick up is available only within Kenya. Orders can be picked up from any of our 5 Stores in Kenya from Mon - Sat, from 9am - 7pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup usually within 24 hours on the days we are open.
LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Kenya. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 2pm during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
VARIABLE RATE SHIPPING:
Local orders are generally shipped within 24 hours using various local delivery options, delivery standard is 1-2 days.
International orders are generally shipped within 2 days using DHL express, delivery standard is 3 - 7 days. A shipping fee is generated at checkout depending on your location within or outside of Kenya.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. The rates will depend on the location withing Kenya and the method of delivery. We may also promote free shipping thresholds at the time of our choosing to boost sales. (e.g. free shipping for orders over KES6000). We have multiple shipping options to every major province in Kenya.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to most countries under DHL coverage: [e.g USA, Canada, Australia, France, England, Spain, Japan, China, UAE, Egypt, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana....etc.]. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are generally shipped within 2 days using DHL express, delivery standard is 3 - 7 days for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
