Best cleansers for combination skin

Unlike dry skin or oily skin, combination skin can be a challenge to deal with due to the two-toned nature of the skin types on the face. Usually, with this skin type, the areas around the T-zone tend to be oily while the rest of the face is dry. Combination skin can have pores that appear larger, blackheads, and shiny skin. Resultantly their skincare tends to be a little different.

Using gentle gel cleansers and foam cleansers sit at the top of the skincare list. This ensures that the skin gets properly cleaned without leaving the dry and crusty feeling on it. Cleansers that also include some moisturizing oils and hydrating elements help to keep the skin all clean and supple at the same time.

Here are some of our best picks:

BY WISHTREND - ACID-DUO 2% MILD GEL CLEANSER

It is formulated with both LHAs and PHAs to form a combination that cleans and exfoliates without irritating the skin. The product is also at a pH of 5.5 which is optimum for the skin. It does not leave the skin feeling dry at all.

SOONJUNG PH 6.5 WHIP CLEANSER

This cleanser has a low pH of 6.5 and uses naturally derived ingredients to cleanse skin in the gentlest way possible. Panthenol, a skin-benefiting compound closely related to Vitamin B5, delivers deep hydration while madecassoside, derived from Centella Asiatica, repairs skin damage. A little goes a long way and the texture is a joy to use.

ISNTREE GREEN TEA FRESH CLEANSER

The cleanser includes a patented complex of Anti Sebum P, to reduce excess sebum. This cleanser uses four types of hyaluronic acid to create a balanced environment for your skin, not too oily and never stripped. It also contains actual green tea leaves that contain anti-oxidants. It fits perfectly for everyday use may it be morning or night routine.

COSRX - LOW PH GOOD MORNING GEL CLEANSER

The pH of 5 makes this a gentle everyday cleanser for all skin types which will not disrupt your acid mantle (protective barrier). In addition, it contains betaine salicylate which is a form of BHA that can get deeper into the pores to remove dead skin cells and excess sebum.

FARM STAY CUCUMBER PURE CLEANSING FOAM

It gently removes dirt from the surface of the epidermis, and at the same time, it has anti-inflammatory and nourishing effects. The cucumber in the formula is very soothing and cooling to the skin. Despite the excellent cleansing ability, the foam does not dry the skin and brings a feeling of absolute comfort after washing

SOME BY MI - SNAIL TRUECICA MIRACLE REPAIR LOW PH GEL CLEANSER

It contains 17 types of amino acids, ceramide, and panthenol to strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier and Black Snail Extract to heal damaged skin. Its pH is 5.5 which means it won’t disrupt your skin’s natural barrier.

SOME BY MI - BYE BYE BLEMISH VITA TOX BRIGHTENING BUBBLE CLEANSER

It is formulated with Goheung Yuja Extract and Jeju Green Tangerine Extract which is rich in Vitamin C. This helps fade dark spots, pigmentation, and scars by eliminating dead skin cells to reveal energized and brighter skin. The cleanser bubbles into a white foam that gently lifts impurities and leaves a refreshing, smooth finish without stripping away excess moisture.
